Mexico Turns Away from Drug War

Security initiatives recently announced by the Mexican government suggest that the country may move to reaffirm its sovereignty and focus less on the interests of the U.S. and other foreign countries, a former assistant special agent at the Department of Homeland Security said. David Ramirez, who also worked in Texas as a U.S. Border Patrol agent and later as the director of investigations
for Latin America and the Caribbean at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, said a government’s priority should be the safety of its people and stability, and Mexico is no different.

Barack Obama a Liberal Fascist?

There are now two Americas. One America cherishes individual liberty, respects the Constitution and honors the ideals and traditions that made the United States a great country. The other America, composed of liberal fascists, hates all those values and is pursuing an agenda that will lead to tyranny and oppression.

Written by Lawrence Selin

The continued aggressive tactics of the liberal fascists to destroy the Constitution and individual liberty will make civil war inevitable. Liberal fascists hate the Constitution because it limits the power of the federal government and  protects individual rights. In a galacticly stupid article,  liberal law professor Louis Michael Seidman recommends that we give up the Constitution because our broken government results from “obedience to the Constitution, with all its archaic, idiosyncratic and downright evil provisions.” No, Mr. Seidman, the US government is broken precisely because the Constitution has been deliberately and continuously violated for years by greedy and power-hungry politicians and their financial supporters at the expense of the well-being of the country.

Obama reshapes immigration via executive action

Luke 21:28  And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draws near.

WASHINGTON Immigration advocates on Thursday hailed a rule change at the Department of Homeland Security that would make it easier for many undocumented immigrants to stay in the United States as they seek permanent residency, saying it will improve the lives of relatives who could have been separated for years without the changes.

For President Barack Obama who has called the inability to achieve comprehensive immigration reform among the biggest regrets of his first term the new policy is among a series of steps his administration has taken over the past year aimed in part at easing the pace of deportations, which have surged during his tenure. The steps also came amid a presidential campaign that included sharp disagreements over immigration policy and strong support among Latinos and Asians for Obama.

THE NEW CHANGES

The centerpiece was Obama’s decision, announced last June, to stop deporting people who were brought to the country as children and have gone on to be productive and otherwise law-abiding residents.

Cruz Sworn In As Texas’ First Hispanic US Senator, Will Introduce Bill To Repeal ‘Obamacare’

While I have no difference (so far) with Ted Cruz – I am going to keep reporting that until Cruz PROVES he is a Natural Born citizen I  see his rise in politics like that of Obama, Jindal and Rubio.  –  Jackie Juntti

Tea party darling Ted Cruz has been sworn in as U.S. senator and says his first order of business will be introducing a bill he knows will never pass. Cruz is a Cuban-American and former state solicitor general. On Thursday, he became the first Hispanic to represent Texas in the Senate. He has pledged that his first bill would seek to repeal “every syllable of every word” of the Obama administration’s health care reform law. Now in office, Cruz said he will keep that promise, even though he knows Senate Democrats and President Barack Obama will ensure his bill won’t
become law.

New Hampshire Legislator: We Need to ‘Restrict Freedoms’ of Conservatives

A New Hampshire legislator wants her constituents to know that she feels conservatives are the “single biggest threat” her state faces today, and she wants to use her powers to legislate to “pass measures that will restrict” the freedoms of  Granite State conservatives.

In a blog post made last month on the left-wing site Blue Hampshire, 3rd District State Representative Democrat Cynthia Chase advised her fellow legislators to use their positions to make New Hampshire less welcoming to any conservative or libertarian planning on moving to her statenot to mention those already in residence.
For those unaware, a conservative project of sorts has been underway in New Hampshire since 2001. The idea is that Americans of conservative ideals are to move to New Hampshire, gather in communities, run for office, and work to drive the state toward libertarianism and conservatism. It is called the “Free State Project” and adherents are called “Free Staters.”
These Free Staters figure that the state’s motto, “Live Free or Die,” should really mean something and it is these citizens whose freedoms legislator Chase wants to oppress.
In her December 21 post, Chase wrote that, “Free Staters are the single biggest threat the state is facing today.”

“In the opinion of this Democrat, Free Staters are the single biggest threat the state is facing today. There is, legally, nothing we can do to prevent them from moving here to take over the state, which is their openly stated goal. In this country you can move anywhere you choose and they have that same right. What we can do is to make the environment here so unwelcoming that some will choose not to come, and some may actually leave. One way is to pass measures that will restrict the ‘freedoms’ that they think they will find here. Another is to shine the bright light of publicity on who they are and why they are coming.”

Obama condemns rights of Christian military chaplains

President Barack Obama has signed the $633 billion defense bill into law, but has criticized one of its provisions protecting conscience rights.

“I disagree with that [issuing signing statements]. I taught the Constitution for 10 years. I believe in the Constitution and I will obey the Constitution of the United States – we’re not going to use signing statements as a way of doing an end-run around Congress.”- Barack Obama (May 2008), while campaigning for president

The provision exempts chaplains from ceremonies like same-sex weddings that they oppose based on their faith.

Effects of defying God’s plan ‘not pretty at all’

Once you step into the quicksand it is very difficult to get yourself out of it – and the consequences of stepping into it. – Jackie

Janice Crouse of Concerned Women for America (CWA) tells OneNewsNow William Marotta donated sperm to a lesbian couple in 2009. A child was conceived and born. But since no physician was involved, the lesbians are now in court trying to force Marotta to pay child support.

“You see in this case … so many of the different problems related to all these new ways of having children for these families that are made up of same-sex couples,” Crouse comments. “Somebody else has to be involved in the process with their children, and now we’re seeing many of the ramifications — and they’re not very pretty at all.”

Kansas law says a sperm or egg donor is not considered a child’s parent if a doctor is involved in the artificial insemination. The CWA spokesperson says the real story is the best plan for family is that designed by God — a design that has worked for thousands of years.
