The Jackson Police Department make an arrest in a domestic related homicide.

On Friday 7/10/20 the Jackson Police Department began investigating the death of Keisha Vaughn which occurred at her home located at 57 Stratford Lane.  Vaughn was discovered in her home by a friend.

Vaughn’s body was sent to the Tennessee Medical Examiner’s Office in Nashville, TN for an autopsy.  The autopsy confirmed that the cause of Vaughn’s death was a homicide.

During the course of the investigation Debroskie Dilworth, Vaughn’s brother,  was developed as a suspect.  During an interrogation, Dilworth admitted to strangling Vaughn during an altercation in her home.  Dilworth has been charged with First Degree Murder.

Dilworth is currently being held in the Madison County Jail and will be arraigned at a later date.
