President Trump Unleashes on Biden’s Border Crisis

President Donald Trump released a statement Friday afternoon unloading on President Joe Biden’s disastrous border policies, which have led to a crisis. It is included here in full:

Our border is now totally out of control thanks to the disastrous leadership of Joe Biden. Our great Border Patrol and ICE agents have been disrespected, demeaned, and mocked by the Biden Administration. A mass incursion into the country by people who should not be here is happening on an hourly basis, getting worse by the minute.  Many have criminal records, and many others have and are spreading covid.  Interior enforcement has been shut down-criminals that were once promptly removed by our Administration are now being released back onto the street to commit heinous and violent crimes.  ICE officers are desperate to remove these convicted criminals, but Biden won’t let them.

The spiraling tsunami at the border is overwhelming local communities, depleting budgets, crowding hospitals, and taking jobs from legal American workers.  When I left office, we had achieved the most secure border in our country’s history.  Under Biden, it will soon be worse, more dangerous, and more out of control than ever before.  He has violated his oath of office to uphold our Constitution and enforce our laws.

Biden’s dangerous border policy

America is facing a worsening crisis of uncontrolled illegal immigration. The Biden administration’s approach weakens the border and nationalizes some of the most radical “sanctuary” practices. This is dangerous and it undermines the rule of law.

Biden adopted the extremist tack during his first week in office, issuing an executive order authorizing “catch and release” programs at the border, and freezing deportations. It also emerged that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is saying that apprehended aliens are not being tested for COVID-19, potentially introducing new disease vectors into the American population at large. As such, releasing them into the country places the public health at risk, not only from COVID-19 but also, as Judicial Watch has reported, from tuberculosis, pneumonia and other health risks.

The number of attempted border crossings has predictably been increasing since the election. CBP Deputy Chief Raul Ortiz said that, in the first ten days of February, CBP “has averaged more than 3,000 daily apprehensions” with a further daily “more than 1,000 border-crossing ‘got-aways,’ migrants whom agents were able to detect but not detain.”

The Biden administration announced its 100-day freeze on deportations while it evaluates further changes to Trump administration immigration policies. A Jan. 20 memo from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acting Secretary David Pekoske, “Review of and Interim Revision to Civil Immigration Enforcement and Removal Policies and Procedures,” laid out the details on the deportation freeze and new enforcement priorities. The only “non-citizens” subject to removal (or even questioning) under the terms of the memo are those deemed to be national security threats, post-Nov. 1 border crossers, and those “currently incarcerated for an aggravated felony conviction and who are determined to be a threat to public safety.” This means that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will not deport those with other criminal records, including sex offenses, domestic violence, drug violations, property crimes and any misdemeanors.

Biden administration ‘active participant in encouraging and facilitating’ illegal immigration: Mark Morgan

White House wanted to ‘remove every policy’ with Trump’s name attached, Morgan tells ‘The Story

President Biden has enabled the U.S. government to violate its own immigration laws, former Customs and Border Protection Director Mark Morgan told “The Story” Wednesday.

Morgan noted to host Martha MacCallum that Biden all but promised such during a 2019 primary debate when he said America should invite a “surge to the border” of people who claim to be seeking asylum.

In addition, he pointed out that Biden is pushing to keep Americans under strict socioeconomic lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, but does not seek the same restrictions for noncitizen border crossers.

Everything coming out of the press secretary’s [Jen Psaki’s] mouth is a spin and a blatant lie. The dangerous part is the journey. Right now, in the middle of the global pandemic, they’re traveling through [coronavirus] hotspots in Mexico, traveling in groups, which I call active mobile petri dishes. When they get to the border, they’re kept in overcrowded, unsanitary houses.

“Up to 30% are abused along the journey. Once they’re smuggled in, they’re trafficked. It’s incredulous that she’s talking about the cruelty after they get here.

Curley: In Biden’s bizzaro world, illegal immigrants get coronavirus pass

If you’re looking for a prime example of the Biden administration’s hypocrisy and ineptitude look no further than the crisis – I mean “challenge” – at our southern border.

After attacking President Trump for putting “kids in cages,” the Biden administration needed to make a drastic change – so they switched out the Obama-built cages and opted for shipping containers.

Naturally, the press helped them with this awkward semantics transition. They now refer to detention centers as “migrant overflow facilities.”

But even the mainstream media can’t distract from the current administration’s problem at the border.

On Friday, Fox News’ Kristen Fisher asked White House press secretary Jen Psaki, “So, I guess, is the plan then to take in and safely and humanely find a home for an unlimited number of unaccompanied children?”

Psaki’s response involved few facts but plenty of feelings.

“I think this issue requires us taking a step back, as human beings and as mothers, of which I am one; I know that there are many in the room, or many at home. These kids are coming. They are fleeing prosecution.”

Aside from the fact that she presumably meant “persecution” and not “prosecution,” the real issue is that Psaki’s being a mother has nothing to do with the reporter’s question.

But dodging questions has become a staple of the Biden administration. The liberals never needed Joe to have a plan or a vision – they just needed him to not be Trump.

Nick Searcy Talks About Latest Film Dealing With God In America And Retuning To Our ‘Religious Roots To Save’ The Country

Nick Searcy opened up about his documentary, “America, America, God Shed His Grace On Thee,” a movie about God in America.

The 61-year-old actor, who produced and stars in the film, talked to The Daily Caller about his documentary which highlights the country’s religious beliefs and “the need to return to our religious roots to save America.”

Throughout the film, viewers see examples of faith in our most treasured monuments with messages right out of the Bible, like the statement “Praise be to God” on the Washington Monument and the Ten Commandments on the United States Supreme Court.
