Louise Tate in passing….

Louise TateLouise Tate of Treasure Island, FL, died July 18, 2014.

She never sought the spotlight.

Some of you may have known her, but many didn’t because she did so much important work behind the scenes for so many years, enabling so many to have the tools to fight and win. And she left a mark and made a difference for liberty — more than many whose names are better known, yet whose achievements are slim.

She was Born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Arlington, Virginia.

She lived a majority of her life in Manassas and Annandale, VA.

She was the daughter of John and Betty Bell sister to Beth Bell, loving mother of 4, grandmother of 9 and Great Grandmother of 1.

Louise spent her career working in the political realm fighting for the rights of all Americans to live in a free and prosperous nation.

She worked on Capitol Hill for former Congressman Stan Parris (R-VA), worked for the National Right to Work Committee, U.S. Defense Committee and M and H Enterprises.

She is survived by her sister, Beth, and by four children: John of Warrenton, VA; Mac of Charlotte, NC; Anne of Prince Frederick, MD and Stephanie of Charlotte, NC, and by her 9 grandchildren; Lauren, Joe, Katie, Jacob, Jared, Jackson, Johnny and McLain. One step grandchild, Drake and one great grandchild, Noah.

Louise is also survived by long time companion and best friend, Henry Walther.
