FIRST READING:

  1. Consideration of a Resolution to adopt a Plan of Service, an ordinance to annex and an ordinance to zone an annexation area referred to as “Brown Simmons,” located on the west side of U.S. Highway 45 Bypass South, just south of Watlington Road, comprising 2.7 acres more or less. The proposed zoning for the area is B-5 (Highway Business) District.

SECOND READING: 

  1. Consideration of an Ordinance to close and abandon an unnamed alley running between 24 & 30 Morton Street, just west of South Highland Avenue.

NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Presentation by Lori Nunnery, executive director of the Jackson, Tennessee, Convention & Visitors Bureau.
  2. Board Appointments:
