VII. FIRST READING:

  1. Consideration of an Ordinance to rezone property located at 623 and 635 Oil Well Road from R-S (Single Family Residential) District to 0 (Office) District, containing 2.60 acres more or less, submitted by Milton Cravens and Ray Davis.
  2. Consideration of an Ordinance to rezone property located at 10 McClellan Road from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) District to 0 (Office) District, containing 3.20 acres, more or less, submitted by NCG Partners.

VIII. SECOND READING:

  1. Consideration of an Ordinance to close and abandon a portion of Short Street running between O’Conner Street and Magnolia Street.
  2. Consideration of an Ordinance to amend the Official Code of the City of Jackson, relative to Title 12 BUILDING, UTILITY, ETC CODES, MODIFICATION.
