Patriots owner Robert Kraft is offered deal to have solicitation charges dropped in connection to Florida massage parlor

Florida prosecutors have offered a pretrial deal to New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, 77, and about two dozen other men charged with solicitation in February in an investigation of a massage parlor in Jupiter, Florida.

In exchange for having charges dropped, Kraft and the others would each have to concede they would have been found guilty and fulfill other requirements like taking an education course on prostitution. The deal is part of a deferred prosecution program sometimes offered to first-time offenders who concede the state would have been able to prove their guilt.
