The Metro Nashville Police Department arrested three men from out of state who allegedly climbed to the top of the city’s AT&T Batman building Sunday afternoon.
A witness on Broadway called 911 after spotting the men on the building. Officers used binoculars to observe one man near a spire and another lying on the circular AT&T logo.
After searching the building and its roof, as well as conducting a floor-to-floor search, police found the men in the 24th-floor restroom.
They were arrested for aggravated trespassing and disorderly conduct, and one was additionally charged with possessing burglary tools after a crowbar and screwdriver were discovered in his backpack. Here’s a video report.
