Twin Rivers Farm, a 383-acre spread in Williamson County, was sold for $42.5 million, setting a record for the state’s most expensive residential real estate sale.
The property includes a covered steel bridge entrance, a custom-built 10,000-square-foot home, a covered pool, an indoor recreation room and spa facility, a pond, barn, stables, a guest cottage, and tennis courts. You can see photos here.
The previous record-holder for the highest residential sale was the Frist home on Chickering Road in Belle Meade, which sold for $32 million earlier this year.
