Trump Promises to Return Imprisoned Pro-Lifers to Their Families
Washington, D.C. – The Biden/Harris Administration weaponized the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to throw men and women in prison for defending innocent life. Most of the imprisoned pro-lifers were convicted of violating the FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) Act.
Nonviolent violations carry a maximum penalty of 18 months. However, several of those currently imprisoned were also charged with civil rights conspiracy for their participation in planning one or more protests, and some were convicted for taking part in multiple protests.
The list of pro-lifers currently languishing in prison is available here.
Donald Trump has expressed support for these pro-life activists who have been aggressively hunted, prosecuted, and imprisoned under the oppressive Biden/Harris administration. Below is a video of a young husband and father encouraging Americans to vote for Trump as he drove his wife to federal prison last month. Their small child, who will be without her mother for years, can be heard in the backseat during the video.
