Four Tennessee cities have been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as being among the top cities to live in the U.S.
Chattanooga ranked 27th, Knoxville was 29th, Nashville ranked 50th, and Memphis was 122nd in the magazine’s annual “Best Places to Live in the U.S.” list.
The report, which highlights cities with strong job markets and a high quality of life, called Chattanooga “the comeback kid of Tennessee.”
The report praised Nashville for its innovative spirit, growing job market, and thriving entertainment scene, Knoxville for its variety of festivals, and Memphis for its music and BBQ.
