The Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency has shared in the past that bobcats are common in Tennessee.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A bobcat was recently spotted roaming around a Nashville backyard and a viewer shared a video of the animal with WSMV4.
Mike Sutton shared a video his daughter took of a bobcat recently taking a stroll through their backyard.
The Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency has shared in the past that bobcats are common in Tennessee.
They’re also hunted and trapped in the Volunteer State.
“The majority of food is small mammals, including rabbits, mice, rats, squirrels, and shrews,” the TWRA explained. “They will also occasionally eat deer, turkey, snakes, domestic cats, and grass.”
