Elon Musk’s xAI is expanding in Memphis with the acquisition of a 1-million-square-foot property, the Greater Memphis Chamber announced Friday.
Located in the 5400 block of Tulane Road in Whitehaven, the site was purchased for nearly $80 million by CTC Properties, an affiliate of xAI.
The facility will support xAI’s Colossus supercomputer, which became operational last year.
Additionally, Nvidia, Dell, and Supermicro Computer are expected to establish local operations as xAI brings major tech partners to the Mid-South
