(Chuck Muth) – OK, I’m putting the finishing touches on tomorrow night’s big, sold-out “Conservative Awards Dinner” extravaganza and wanted to give those of you joining us some last-minute details.
Free parking on-site.
Dress is business casual. Ties optional.
The hosted VIP cocktail reception for sponsors and award recipients will begin at 5:00 pm in the “Sinatra Room.”
Doors open for general seating at 6:00 pm. After you come through the front door, the entrance to the ballroom will be your first door on the right.
If you get there early, the restaurant bar will be open – and if the weather’s nice, the Italian American Club has a new outdoor patio just outside the entrance.
Your names will be on our master list. Just check in with our volunteers and they’ll direct you to your table.
You’ll be greeted by Rat Pack-era music from The Vegas Good Fellas…and some surprise fun entertainment working the crowd.
Should start serving dinner around 6:30 pm – all your favorite Italian pasta delights!
The awards presentations should start around 7:15 pm – and the Good Fellas will continue playing after the celebrity keynote speeches by Grover Norquist and Scott Jennings.
Everything should be wrapped up by around 9:00 pm or so.
Remember, the operative word at our events is…FUN.
Casual. Laid back. Connect with fellow conservatives you maybe haven’t seen for a while – and make some new friends. Take a few selfies. Solve all the world’s problems.
Think of it like one big, family dinner…for 150 people.
But without that Crazy Aunt “Karen” who voted for Kamala!
