Tennessee Firearms Association is a plaintiff in an open records case in Nashville, Tennessee which was filed shortly after the Covenant murders which requested copies of the shooter’s manifesto or writing. We learned today that a parallel lawsuit in federal court by Judicial Watch against the DOJ/FBI has resulted in a release of at least some of those records.
