Starting Wednesday, travelers must show a REAL ID—or another approved document, like a passport—to board domestic flights or enter secure federal buildings. If your license lacks the little star in the upper right corner, expect extra screening or denied entry. Check your state’s requirements and how to get a REAL ID here.
