What we know so far is that the person who had plans to assassinate Donald Trump today is a pretty rabid progressive.
Current reports note he attempted an incursion to the Trump golf course, the Secret Service spotted him and opened fire, and he fled. He has been arrested. He never fired. The Secret Service did their job.
On MSNBC, there is blame towards Donald Trump. He, apparently, is making crazy progressives want to shoot him. There is upset that twice the shooters have not been successful.
This is the second attempt on Donald Trump’s life. The left and, in particular, the President and Vice President, continue to scream Nazi, threat to democracy, etc. Crazy people believe such things. The New York Times has a significant opinion piece this weekend tying J.D. Vance to the Nazis.
On MSNBC, just the other day, they had a guest tying Donald Trump to the Nazis and claiming the United States is in a similar period to the pre-Third Reich Germany.
The problem is these people really believe it. And, naturally, when you believe it, you want to stop Hitler. So, the left is openly talking in such a way to get Donald Trump killed. They want him dead because who doesn’t want to stop the second Hitler?
It is also a pretty big indication that the left and Democrats are not so sure Kamala Harris can stop him through democratic means. This is another reason for Donald Trump to focus on making sure he does win.
