In 2023, Tennessee Firearms Association formed the Tennessee Firearms Foundation, Inc., which is classified as a charity by the IRS under Section 501c3. TFA formed the TFF because we have purposefully increased the fight to protect and restore the rights enshrined by the Second Amendment in the courts. Frankly, we were forced to expand our efforts because we simply do not have enough federal or state legislators who take their oaths or the Second Amendment as seriously as the United States Supreme Court has in the last 3 years.
A few weeks ago TFA met with John Rich who helped us stop Bill Lee’s “Red Flag” special session in 2023. When we met to discuss TFA’s objectives for 2025, he graciously offered to do a fund raiser for our litigation efforts. This is very much appreciated!
The charity fundraiser is scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2025. Save that date!
We are limited to 150 guests. We are going to discuss the TFA/TFF litigation efforts and we are going to auction a few very desirable customized or custom built firearms.
We will be announcing ticket sales (projected at $1,000 per person) soon.
In addition, if you are interested in being a corporate or individual sponsor for this event, please contact John Harris ( johnharris@tennesseefirearms.com ) and let’s discuss your interest. Our goal is to have enough sponsors to at least cover the costs of the event so that the proceeds of every ticket sold will go to the litigation and public education efforts of the Tennessee Firearms Foundation.

Joining and supporting TFA is an investment in the fight to restore our constitutional rights and to fight against politicians who are willing to sell their votes and your rights to whichever business interest gives them the most money!
