Form GOP State Chair comes out in support of Comrade Harris

Long years ago, Chris Vance, then working for the Washington State GOP, tired his best to get me to support the RINO Washington candidate for Superintendent of Public Instruction. I refused. Last I saw or heard for the little RINO. But, here he is again. Why am I not surprised!
