Now the judiciary is telling President Trump that he has no authority to enact reciprocal tariffs on foreign nations. The Court of International Trade ruled against Trump’s administration on Wednesday which inspired this cartoon.
On Thursday, a federal appeals court ruled that the tariffs could be reinstated as the case is appealed.
