The AP has called Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate race for Republican David McCormick, increasing the GOP majority to 53 seats with races in Arizona and Nevada still undecided.
Democratic Sen. Bob Casey, Pennsylvania’s longest-serving Democrat in the Senate, has yet to concede, citing over 100,000 remaining ballots, including provisional, military, and overseas votes, still to be counted. In the House, Republicans hold a narrow 213-200 majority despite Democrats successfully defending three key seats in Nevada, with 22 races still yet to be called.
