How YOU Can Help Us Clean Up the Voter Rolls

(Chuck Muth) – If you’d like to challenge “moved” voters from your precinct, we’ve already done all the work identifying them for you.  If you want to get involved, here’s an explanation on what to do from our project Field Director…

* * *

My name is Iris Stone and I volunteer for the Pigpen Project.  I’m helping organize the next step in a series of actions we have taken since the Pigpen Project was originally established.

The Pigpen Project has already challenged the 17 County election officials under NRS 293.535  to investigate and either inactivate or remove voters from the rolls, but the Secretary of State intervened to stall our requests,  so we filed a lawsuit. See Pigpen article here

Now here’s the next step.  But it involves YOU.

There is a statute in NV where a citizen can issue a different challenge – but the catch is that the challenger has to live in the precinct where the person, who has moved out of state, used to live.   It is NRS 293.547

We have found such case(s) in your particular precinct.

Another key consideration is that this challenge has to be submitted between October 6 and 11.  This is a very tight window,  but with your prompt help we can get it done.

If you are willing to help us, please reply to this email no later than Tue October 1.

We have prepared the challenge letter for you.   All we need you to do is sign it and send it back to us electronically (you keep the original copy, just in case).   Once you sign, you scan the document into a .pdf file and email it to the email address we will provide you.  If you need further help let me know.

Without you we cannot proceed to this next crucial step to hold the government officials accountable.  This action will have a long-lasting impact to achieving our goal: accurate voter rolls. Thank you very much.

EDITORIAL: Nevada U.S. Senate race could determine control
“If Sen. Rosen recoils from the challenge of defending her record or explaining her positions to Nevadans on a number of vital issues, she lacks the attributes of an effective and capable elected official and should find another line of work.” (LVRJ)

In deep purple Washoe County, voters find reasons for hope
With a Republican governor and two Democratic U.S. senators, Nevada is a true battleground state where either Trump or Vice President Kamala Harris could win. And Washoe County ― home to Reno ― is the most politically divided county in the state. (RGJ)

Solar Plants Could Threaten Way of Life in Amargosa Valley
The pending closure of Ponderosa Dairy — our largest employer — is a grim reminder of this imbalance. If it’s sold to a solar company, 80 percent of our local workforce could be displaced. The ripple effect would hit our schools, businesses and families. (LVRJ)

THE REAL JACKY ROSEN

“The public image (Rosen) puts forward is that of a moderate who works with both sides of the aisle in a bipartisan fashion. But her actual voting record tells a totally different story. Sen. Rosen voted with Biden 98.6% of the time…” – The Other Side of Jacky Rosen (release coming soon)

FAMOUS LAST WORDS

“Today, VP Harris claimed that she played a role in increasing Border Patrol Agent overtime pay.  This couldn’t be further from the truth. As with all things border related she was no where to be found when we needed her.” – Border Patrol Union

“Vice president Harris has ignored the border problem she created for over three years. She goes down there for 20 minutes for a photo op and decides to repeat some of the things the NPBC has said before. But again, where has she been the last 3 1/2 years?” – Border Patrol Union
