I understand History. I am aware of events as they unfold; – I understand how they will effect my life, my children, and my grandchildren.
I value life. I cherish babies, and I seek to minimize and then eliminate abortion.
I value life. I revere my elders, and I oppose euthanasia.
I value Freedom, and I understand my duty to protect my life, my family, my neighbors, our God-given rights, and our property.
I value Freedom and will fight to make all people free, – and to keep them free.
I understand that Free Speech comes as a gift from our Creator; and it comes as both a Duty, and as a Responsibility.
I take responsibility for my life, my decisions, and the consequences of my actions.
I know I can make better decisions about my life and my future than any politicians or bureaucrat in any State Capital or in Washington DC.
I believe government must be small to be efficient. It should only engage in those specific tasks defined for it in our Constitution.
I believe we should pay fair taxes for good government. I will pay at least $1.4 Million in taxes during my lifetime; – I want to pay for honest government and nothing else.
I believe that treason and malfeasance of public officials must be punished. There is a righteous place in a civilized society for the Death Penalty, and any nation that fails to apply it judicially invites and abets further evil.
I believe that private enterprise does almost everything better than any government ever has.
I believe in Peace through Strength, and that America must remain economically, militarily, and morally strong to be a leader in a turbulent world.
I know that over 1,354,664 Americans paid the Ultimate Price for my Freedom, and that a similar number more were wounded and burned.
I knew some of them, and I was deeply honored to serve with them. They still haunt my sleep. I will honor their courage and sacrifice by living as a proud, honorable, and law abiding citizen.
I will speak out fearlessly when I see evil and injustice.
I want nothing from my fellow citizens other than honest dealings and thoughtful informed votes.
I’m well aware that amongst us live badly raised, misguided, poorly informed, and even selfish and evil people who would wantonly destroy our Young Republic, replacing it with their vision of a socialist utopia. They must be met with facts and persuasion, – and should these fail – with necessary force.
We may not be able to fix stupid, but we must always outvote it.
I don’t give a damn what color God made you in! That was His business. I care about what’s in your heart. I care if you’ll show up for work on time, do your best, obey the laws, and be a responsible and informed voter,…and raise good kids.
