Leadership required Skills

Set a good example. Check your appearance

Make those around you comfortable. Hypothetically speaking you should be the one facing the sun.

Know your subject – be prepared

Use your reference material. Don’t hesitate to refer to a book, a magazine, an article etc.

Talk to the whole group. Look them straight in the eye. Speak clearly and loud enough.

KISMIF: Keep it simple, make it fun. Explain fully but briefly.

Encourage questions – allow time for, and welcome questions.

Never criticize in public. Don’t scold, keep an open mind.

Discuss problems with leaders first.

Forget how good you are – “We “ is better than “I”.

Don’t forget…. let God lead your path.
