A Manchester, Tennessee, man has been implicated in a homicide after city police said they found a woman dead at a Chalet Drive home in Manchester.
Robert Ourada, 39, was already in custody on an unrelated charge of aggravated burglary when investigators learned a body had been found, according to a statement issued by District Attorney Craig Northcott. The identity of the dead woman has not been released.

“Through the investigation of Manchester City Police Department, with assistance from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations, the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department and investigators with the district attorney’s office,” Northcott said in the statement, “it was determined that the domestic partner of the victim was criminally responsible for the victim’s death.”
The home is in a small subdivision of A-frame homes on the south end of town.
Ourada’s aggravated burglary charge stemmed from an incident reported at a neighbor’s home earlier Thursday, Northcott said. Ourada appeared in court Monday on his current charges.
More charges are forthcoming, Northcott said.
