Jackson’s community economic development commission met Wednesday. Some new business on the agenda was a wayfinding proposal. The city asked Visit Jackson TN to fund a study on directional signs to aid in tourism. The cost of the proposed study wouldn’t exceed $78,000 thousand dollars. Last night the commission, in a wise move, chose not to vote on the proposal, so they can have more time to look it over. Another meeting is schedule for October 23rd.
