Elon Musk suggested earlier this week that a Joe Rogan podcast featuring former President Donald Trump “will happen.” The X account for Rogan’s podcast later shared a story about Musk’s comment, suggesting that the interview may be in the works. Rogan, the host of one of the biggest podcasts in the world, has not endorsed a candidate in the 2024 presidential election. He has said Robert F. Kennedy is the only one who makes sense, prompting an irate response from Trump. The comedian also praised the debate performance of Kamala Harris.
Should the interview happen, Rogan has previously disclosed what his question may be. “If I talk to him, my number one question would be, what happens when you get in there? What is that experience like? Because no one really knows until you’re in office,” Rogan said in an episode aired on Oct. 8. “They don’t tell you how it’s going to go down if you don’t make it. They don’t reveal all that. What is that experience like? How can you prepare for it without actually being elected president?”
