Cities in Arizona and Florida provide the most value for relocating retirees, according to GOBankingRates’ list of America’s 50 Fastest-Growing Retirement Hot Spots. Check out the full list here.
GOBankingRates analyzed population, living expenses, amenities, and taxes and determined that Goodyear, Arizona is the No. 1 retirement hotspot. Goodyear also featured the largest percentage increase of people in retirement age living there.
Florida had four cities in the top 10 with Clermont, North Port, Fort Meyers, and Vero Beach South. The Sunshine State also has the most cities out of all the states on the top 50 lists as it landed 12 retirement hot spots overall.
