Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow visited the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center in Chattanooga on Monday to speak with inmates as part of a faith-based outreach initiative.
Men of Valor organized the event in partnership with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, Silverdale Baptist Church, and the McKenzie Foundation.
According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, the gathering aimed to encourage and renew the incarcerated men’s sense of purpose.
The event featured worship music from the Silverdale Baptist Church Praise Team and testimonies from people who shared personal stories of overcoming hardship and finding hope.
