Homebuyers in Arrington face an expected $1,329,900 for a home, with the median price at $1,700,000. College Grove ranked just behind, with an average home cost of $1,300,000.
Nashville’s 37215 zip code, which includes Forest Hills and Belle Meade, averages $1,250,000 for a home purchase. The state’s most expensive home sold earlier this year, Twin Rivers Farm, which includes more than 383 acres and sold for $42.5 million.
