SUPPORT Constitutional Amendments – Proposes an amendment to Article I of the Constitution of Tennessee to grant a person the right to forgo medical treatment.
Protects homeschooling as a fundamental right in our state constitution.
SUPPORT Constitutional Amendments – Proposes an amendment to Article XI, Section 12 of the Constitution of Tennessee to establish that parents have the inherent right to direct the education of the parent’s child; prohibits the state from interfering with such rights through the adoption or enforcement of any law or rule that abridges, infringes upon, or restricts a parent’s right to provide home-based education.

SUPPORT Air Pollution – As introduced, designates the intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight, or supplying or otherwise providing the chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus required for the conduct, as a Class A misdemeanor; makes other changes related to investigations and enforcement related to weather modification.
Enacts the FREE Act providing for a truly independent homeschool option.
SUPPORT Education – As introduced, enacts the “Family Right to Educational Emancipation (FREE) Act,” which creates a new category of independent home schools that are not subject to the data collection, reporting, or assessment requirements applicable to existing independent home school programs and that exempts such home school students and parents from compulsory school attendance requirements; prohibits the department of safety from conditioning the issuance of a driver license or learner’s permit on a school-aged applicant’s attendance record or enrollment status.
Requires party registration for voters and protects the integrity of primary elections.
SUPPORT Election Laws – As introduced, specifies that the reasonable period for candidates to remove signs, posters, or placards advocating their candidacy is two weeks after the election instead of three weeks.
Bans the fluoridation of public water supplies.
SUPPORT Water – As introduced, decreases from 1.5 milligrams per liter to 0.4 milligrams per liter the threshold for the presence of fluoride in a public water system that requires an increase in the frequency of fluoride-level testing from quarterly to monthly; requires public water systems to cease adding fluoride to drinking water supplies by July 31, 2025, and provide written notice of cessation of fluoridation to customers.
Ends DEI hiring and admissions practices in our state universities.
SUPPORT Education, Higher – As introduced, prohibits the exclusion of persons from participating in, being denied the benefits of, or being subject to discrimination by a four-year public or private institution of higher education in this state on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, and national origin; prohibits such institutions from using race, color, ethnicity, or national origin in determining whether a prospective student qualifies for admission into the institution, or receives scholarships or financial aid; creates a private cause of action against an institution and its officers, employees, and agents for such unlawful practices.
Criminalizes human smuggling and harboring illegal immigrants in Tennessee.
SUPPORT Criminal Offenses – As introduced, creates the offense of human smuggling; creates the offense of harboring or hiding, or assisting another in harboring or hiding, within this state an individual who the person knows or should have known has illegally entered or remained in the United States; authorizes the attorney general to take certain actions against a person or organization who commits or is about to commit a human trafficking offense or an aggravated human trafficking offense.
