Trump Secures Major Saudi Deal

President Trump and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman signed a $142 billion arms deal and unveiled a broader $600 billion investment package during Trump’s visit to Riyadh this week.

The agreements include billions in military equipment, judicial and defense coordination, and major U.S.-bound investments in data centers and tech infrastructure. 

In addition, Qatar Airways is set to announce the purchase of 150 Boeing aircraft during Trump’s state visit to Doha today. The overall package features U.S. support for modernizing Saudi armed forces and came with much formality. Watch a timelapse of Trump’s handshake session with Saudi leaders.
