Host Rips Dem Pollster for Defending Harris’ ‘Incompetent’ Economic Plans!

Original Post

The liberal media has been trying to defend Vice President Kamala Harris’ economic plans, but their arguments hold no water. Fox Business host Elizabeth MacDonald tore into Democratic pollster Carly Cooperman on Monday as she tried to spin the issues of inflation and job growth under the Biden-Harris administration.

MacDonald first pointed out Harris’ lack of a legitimate economic plan, despite being in office for four years. She showed clips of Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz, avoiding direct answers to specific questions about how they will handle inflation. MacDonald also criticized the fact that Harris became the Democratic nominee without actually winning a primary, questioning why Democratic voters are okay with having a candidate they did not even vote for.

Cooperman attempted to defend Harris, claiming that inflation has gone down and job growth remains strong. However, MacDonald was quick to shut down that argument by pointing out the real numbers. She highlighted the fact that under the Biden-Harris administration, inflation has increased by 22%, compared to only 6.7% under the Trump administration. This is particularly damaging for everyday Americans, as the cost of groceries, electricity, and gas has risen significantly. Cooperman tried to pivot, saying that Harris needs to put forward more specific policies to address the concerns of voters, but MacDonald again called out the lack of a real plan from the administration.

While Harris has finally given a few interviews, she has failed to provide direct and detailed explanations for her policy decisions. In her first interview with CNN’s Dana Bash, Harris struggled to explain her flip-flopping on important issues like banning fracking. And in her second interview with 6ABC Philadelphia’s Action News, she dodged questions about her economic policies by talking about her middle-class upbringing and lawns.

The liberal media, who have been heavily criticized for shielding Harris from tough questions, continue to spin her lack of concrete policies as a strength. But the reality is that Harris is lagging behind Trump when it comes to the economy, and Democrats may have to settle for her despite their doubts, simply because they do not believe Trump will do any better.

It is frustrating to see the media trying to defend Harris and the Biden-Harris administration’s handling of the economy. The numbers and the lack of a solid plan speak for themselves.

It is time for the media to stop making excuses and start holding Harris and her team accountable for their economic decisions. American voters deserve to know the truth, not a watered-down version of the facts. Our economy and the well-being of hard-working Americans are at stake.
