Republican members of two House committees have accused the president and his son of wrongdoing but have produced no evidence that the Bidens sought to enrich themselves by leveraging the elder Biden’s government influence.
House conservatives say the president should be impeached. The committees lost credibility with the FBI’s prosecution of a key informant now accused of peddling untruths about the Bidens that originated with Russian intelligence.
