With the holidays drawing near, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital definitely has the spirit, delighting the children with decorated trees inside and colorful lights outside.
St. Jude goes above and beyond to make the hospital a home away from home for the sick children in our care and their families, especially during this time of year. And we are able to create that feeling with your support.
Like the recently opened Domino’s Village, where 140 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments mean families big and small can stay — and heal — together. It features not only a dining room where families are served comforting meals but also a community kitchen where parents can cook their kids’ favorites — and feed their souls.
The wonderful bright and happy decorations and fun things for kids and families to do together brings enormous joy and hope. It’s what my father and St. Jude founder, Danny Thomas, wanted.
