Matthew 14: 23. And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, He was there alone.

The Bible tells us Jesus spent time alone with God the Father in prayer, as did many of His prophets. We too need to take time to get away from all distractions so we can hear every word God has for us. The Lord may not have the response we are expecting, but it is our duty to listen.
