Voters went to the polls in fifteen states yesterday for primary voting.
The headline result was Former President Trump winning fourteen states (Haley took Vermont) and nearly clenching the GOP presidential nomination. Haley didn’t seriously threaten Trump in any other states, and many expect her to drop out of the race.
President Biden won in all fifteen states, but he did lose in the U.S. territory of American Samoa to a Democratic challenger named Jason Palmer.
In California, Rep. Adam Schiff (D) and Republican Steve Garvey won nominations to the U.S. Senate seat and will face off in the general election.
In Texas, Rep. Lizzie Fletcher (D) held off her far-left challenger, Houston District Attorney Kim Ogg lost her race, and Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan was forced into a runoff by Trump-backed David Covey.
