An approval rate of 19%?

A recent poll by Statista found that the approval rating for our current Congress is at a record low of 19%.

I’m sure this does not surprise you. If you follow the news as much as I do, you’ve noticed that the two primary skills of many members of Congress are to increase their wealth and get re-elected while failing to pursue policies that serve the interest of the people they represent.

The real surprise is how their approval rating is so high!

But don’t let the current dysfunction of Congress mislead you. Our Founders designed a beautiful institution, which, I believe, is the crowning achievement of American political thought.

So, you may be wondering, “What happened?”

What happened is that Congress has been transformed by more than a century of progressive policies designed to strip it of its legislative power.

Today, our government has a multitude of ways of enacting policies that have the force of law but do not require the approval of our elected representatives. In other words, the people no longer rule.

That’s why every American citizen must learn how Congress is supposed to work, what happened, and how we can restore it. To help you with this, we produced a free online course, Congress: How It Worked and Why It Doesn’t.”

Our Founders designed the U.S. Congress to be an institution that secured the rights of American citizens.

If we want to restore Congress to its original purpose, we must learn how it was meant to work and what changed to cause it to be such a dysfunctional institution.

You can discover these answers by clicking the link below and enrolling in “Congress: How it Worked and Why It Doesn’t.”

I hope you’ll join us in exploring one of our Founders’ greatest achievements, why it’s failing, and how to restore it.
